2. Design & Quote — You get a detailed proposal with equipment specs, room layouts, and a fixed price. We recommend the right technology for each space — not the most expensive, the most appropriate.
3. Installation & Configuration — We install the hardware, configure the software, connect to your calendar system, and test everything end-to-end. Your team gets a walkthrough so they’re comfortable from day one.
4. Ongoing Management — Remote monitoring, automatic updates, and rapid support. If a camera stops working or audio cuts out mid-meeting, you call one number. We monitor room usage to help you optimise your investment.

What video conferencing platforms do you support?
We install certified Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms hardware. The systems also work with Google Meet, Webex, and other platforms. We configure the room around whichever platform your team uses day to day.
How much does a meeting room setup cost?
It depends on the room size and requirements. A simple huddle room with an all-in-one device costs significantly less than a full boardroom with multiple cameras and ceiling microphones. We provide a clear, fixed-price quote after assessing your space.
Can you upgrade our existing meeting rooms?
Yes. We often upgrade rooms that have a screen and a webcam to properly equipped conferencing spaces. We assess what you have, recommend what to keep and what to replace, and handle the upgrade with minimal disruption.
Do you provide digital signage and room booking panels?
Yes. We install room booking panels outside meeting rooms that show availability and allow one-touch booking. We also provide reception screens, wayfinding displays, and centrally managed digital signage for company communications.
How long does installation take?
A single meeting room typically takes one day to install and configure. For multi-room projects, we schedule the work to minimise disruption, often completing rooms over a weekend or during off-hours.
What happens if equipment stops working?
We monitor your rooms remotely and can often resolve issues before your next meeting. If hardware needs replacing, we carry spare stock for rapid swap-outs. You call one number and speak to the person who installed the system.
Can remote workers join meetings easily?
Yes. The room systems are designed to make remote participants feel present. Intelligent camera framing follows the speaker, ceiling microphones pick up everyone in the room, and the display is sized so remote faces aren’t thumbnail-sized.
Do you set up home offices for executives?
Yes. We provide professional home office setups with proper lighting, noise-cancelling audio, and quality cameras. Your executives and remote workers can represent the business professionally from any location.
