What is a business operating system?
It’s a single platform that replaces the collection of separate apps most small businesses use — CRM, file storage, email marketing, booking, e-sign, helpdesk and project management. Instead of seven subscriptions and seven logins, you get one: all-in-one business software, set up and looked after for you.
How is this different from a CRM?
A CRM tracks contacts and sales. The Business Operating System includes a CRM, but also handles file storage, email marketing, contracts, scheduling, support tickets, and project tracking — all connected. When a lead becomes a customer, their entire history follows across every module.
Where is my data stored?
Every customer gets their own dedicated server, hosted in the UK. Your data is physically separate from every other business — not partitioned on a shared system. You always know exactly where it is.
Do I need to change my email or phone provider?
No. The Business Operating System works alongside your existing email and phone setup. If you decide you want business phones or broadband through Vehda as well, they come from the same provider, on the same bill — but it’s entirely optional.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how much you’re moving across. After the free tech review I’ll give you a clear timeline. I set up the server, move your data and set up your team, and you get training and support from day one.
What does the AI assistant do?
It works from your own records: customers, leads, support tickets and documents. You can ask it how things are going, what’s still open or for a customer’s details, and ask it to draft emails for you to check before anything is sent.
Can I start with just the platform and add services later?
Yes. The platform works on its own. If you later want business phones, broadband, CCTV, or IT support, you get them from the same provider, on the same bill. You add what you need, when you need it.
What happens if I want to leave?
Your data is yours. I’ll export everything — contacts, documents, email lists — in standard formats you can take to any other provider.
